Instructions for use

1. Attach the net to the helmet by sliding it into the slot.
2. Put on a hat and adjust the back area to fit your head.
3. Adjust each earmuff by sliding the earmuffs down.
4. Make sure the earmuffs are completely covered by raising your arm up and down.
