Maruyama Grease

HIGHLIGHT

1. Adding grease will reduce wear on the gear knob.

4. Grease can be used in the temperature range of -20 to 200 °C.
5. Grease should be added after every 20-30 hours of use.

GREASE FILLING METHOD

1. Remove the blade locking nut, the blade cup, the lower blade and the upper blade.
2. Remove the nut on the side of the gear knob to fill the grease.
3. While adding grease, turn the shaft while adding grease (turn counterclockwise).
4. Fill until the gear knob is full of grease.
5. Put the bolts and other parts back together.
